Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Siebel expert to spearhead complex product modeling initiatives within our enterprise CRM ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the primary architect for product configuration, ensuring that our Siebel implementation aligns seamlessly with evolving business requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and technical delivery teams, to translate intricate business logic into robust, scalable Siebel solutions. By driving the design and optimization of product models, you will directly influence the efficiency of our sales and service operations, ultimately enhancing the end-user experience and accelerating time-to-market for new product offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain complex product models within Siebel Product Modeling to ensure accurate pricing, eligibility, and compatibility rules for diverse customer segments.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Siebel CRM modules, ensuring that technical configurations meet high-performance standards and business objectives.

- Execute data migration and integration strategies using Siebel EIM to maintain data integrity and synchronization across enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues by performing root cause analysis, thereby minimizing downtime and maintaining system stability for global users.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during the software development lifecycle to foster a culture of engineering excellence and best-practice adherence.

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring that the final output delivers measurable value to the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Siebel Product Modeling, including the configuration of complex product structures, attribute definitions, and relationship rules.

- Possess advanced proficiency in Siebel Apps and Siebel CRM architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale implementations.

- Exhibit strong technical command over Siebel EIM for high-volume data management and complex system integrations.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across global teams and project workstreams.

- Maintain a high degree of self-discipline and autonomy, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fully remote or distributed work environment.

- Leverage 8 - 16 years of hands-on experience in Siebel environments to navigate architectural challenges and drive strategic decision-making.

- Adapt quickly to changing project priorities and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
