Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Siebel EAI Integration expert to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone for complex enterprise-level CRM transformations, bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern digital architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, business stakeholders, and global clients to design, develop, and deploy robust integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. By spearheading critical implementation projects, you will directly influence the scalability and performance of our clients CRM ecosystem, ultimately driving superior business outcomes and enhanced user experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Siebel EAI solutions to facilitate complex data exchanges between Siebel CRM and third-party enterprise applications.

- Lead the design and execution of Siebel EIM processes to ensure high-quality data migration and synchronization across multi-layered system environments.

- Collaborate with business analysts and technical leads to translate complex functional requirements into scalable, high-performance integration designs.

- Optimize existing Siebel application performance by identifying bottlenecks in integration workflows and implementing best-practice tuning strategies.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight during the full software development lifecycle to ensure adherence to industry standards and project timelines.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear technical documentation and status updates throughout the implementation phase.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Siebel EAI, including proficiency with Business Services, Workflows, VBCs, EBCs, and XML/HTTP transports.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale Siebel CRM implementations and complex EIM data loads within high-pressure, enterprise environments.

- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to troubleshoot intricate integration issues and provide sustainable, long-term technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships across global teams.

- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity, self-discipline, and proactive engagement with distributed project teams.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 16 years of hands-on experience in Siebel development and integration.
