Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Siebel Data Migration expert to lead complex data transformation and migration initiatives for our global enterprise clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority, architecting robust migration strategies that ensure seamless transitions from legacy systems to high-performance Siebel CRM environments.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to translate intricate business requirements into scalable data models. By ensuring data integrity, security, and performance throughout the migration lifecycle, you will directly influence the operational efficiency and digital transformation success of our clients, enabling them to leverage their CRM data as a strategic asset. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to contribute from any location across India while engaging with diverse, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute end-to-end data migration strategies using Siebel EIM to ensure accurate and efficient data movement across complex enterprise landscapes.

- Develop and optimize custom scripts and mapping logic to reconcile data discrepancies, ensuring high-quality data standards for end-users.

- Lead the technical implementation of Siebel Apps and configuration tasks within Siebel Tools to align system functionality with evolving business processes.

- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and troubleshooting during migration cycles to minimize system downtime and ensure business continuity for stakeholders.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices for Siebel implementation, fostering a culture of technical excellence within the delivery team.

- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define migration timelines, scope, and risk mitigation plans, ensuring project milestones are met with precision.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Siebel CRM architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale data migration projects using Siebel EIM and related integration tools.

- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Siebel Tools and Siebel Apps configuration, capable of translating complex functional requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate technical challenges in a remote, distributed work environment.

- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders, articulating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and maintaining high levels of transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies, ensuring that migration methodologies remain aligned with modern industry standards.

- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 16 years of hands-on experience in the Siebel ecosystem.

- Thrive in a remote working setup, demonstrating self-discipline and the ability to manage deliverables independently while remaining highly collaborative within a virtual team.
