Position : Senior Technical Product Architect

Job Description :

Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Product Architect with 10-12 years of hands-on experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, architecture strategy, and technical roadmap while providing deep technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architectural Leadership :

- Define, own, and evolve the end-to-end architecture of complex software products and platforms.

- Create high-level and low-level architecture documents, reference architectures, and technology blueprints.

- Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with business goals.

2. Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Work closely with Business Analysis team to translate business needs into technical requirements and architecture.

- Ensure architectural decisions support long-term product scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Participate in defining product vision, future-state architecture, and technology modernization initiatives.

3. Technical Governance :

- Set and enforce architectural standards, best practices, coding guidelines, design patterns, and performance benchmarks.

- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments across product teams.

- Mitigate technical risks early through proper design principles and POCs.

- Lead the technical design and development of core modules, APIs, microservices, and integrations.

- Develop prototypes and POC to validate architectural approaches.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to performance, scalability, security, and integrations.

- Having experience with web and mobile (cross platform & native) application development

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, UX, BA, and QA teams to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery.

- Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers and help guide development teams with solutioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in system design, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and microservices.

- Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Experience with modern tech stacks such as :

1. Backend : Node.js / Python

2. Frontend : React / Angular / Vue

3. Databases : MySQL, PgSQL, MongoDB, caching technologies

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience designing secure systems using industry standards (OAuth2, JWT).

- Expertise in API architecture (REST, GraphQL).

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate abstract problems into pragmatic solutions.

- Proven leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Prior experience working in agile product development environments.

- Certifications : AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes certifications, etc.
