Position : Product Manager - Consumer Mobile App

Location : Gurugram (WFO)

Vision :

To build and scale a high-quality mobile experience that strengthens the organization's ecommerce logistics platform by delivering intuitive, reliable, and data-driven mobile products.


The mobile platform should:

- Deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences across Android and iOS

- Enable efficient interaction with logistics services through mobile apps

- Leverage product analytics to uncover user insights and improvement opportunities

- Drive better product and business decisions through data and experimentation

- Solve real-world ecommerce logistics problems through scalable mobile solutions

Role:

The role is to own and drive the mobile app product lifecycle end-to-end, from identifying user problems to delivering impactful product features. It requires working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to build scalable mobile experiences while using data and experimentation to improve product outcomes.

The role also involves managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of highquality mobile product initiatives across Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the mobile app product roadmap aligned with business goals

- Identify user problems and opportunities through data, analytics, and user feedback

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences

- Ensure proper analytics instrumentation and tracking for product insights

- Promote best product development practices and knowledge sharing across teams

Autonomy:

- Define and drive the mobile app product roadmap aligned with user and business needs

- Independently identify product opportunities and improvements within the mobile ecosystem

- Build and validate rapid prototypes and MVPs for new product ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Graduate / Post graduate degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields

- 2 to 4 years of Product Management experience with mobile apps

- Experience shipping mobile features end-to-end

- Strong understanding of mobile product metrics (activation, retention, engagement)

- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)

- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making

- Experience working with engineering, design, and analytics teams

- Strong knowledge of software development processes
