Role : Data Scientist

Role Overview :

Data Scientist who can work at the intersection of machine learning, data analysis, and Generative AI. The role involves building ML models, LLM-powered applications, and AI agents to solve real business problems using large-scale data.

The ideal candidate is strong in Python and SQL, understands core machine learning and statistics, and has hands-on experience working with LLMs and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets to identify insights and opportunities for product and business optimization.

- Build and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and recommendation problems.

- Design and implement LLM-powered applications and AI agents.

- Develop RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and evaluation pipelines

- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.

- Work with data warehouses and cloud platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

- Build tools and processes to monitor model performance, latency, and data quality.

Required Skills :

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Strong SQL skills for data analysis

- Experience with machine learning models such as :

Regression, Classification, Tree-based models, Clustering

- Experience working with LLMs

- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search

- Good understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, probability distributions, A/B testing)

Good to Have :

- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus

- Experience deploying models via APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms

- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Redshift)

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

- Experience building AI agents or conversational AI systems
