Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Technical Consultant to design, configure, and maintain SharePoint online environments, liaising directly with customers to gather and refine requirements and management of solutions through the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, Configuration & Maintenance :

- Architect, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments.

- Implement content management structures, site collections, document libraries, and permissions to meet organizational needs.

- Develop, customise, and optimise modern SharePoint sites, pages, and templates for collaboration and usability.

- Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power Apps to enable seamless collaboration.

2. Development & Customisation :

- Build custom web parts, extensions, and applications using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React for modern, responsive UI experiences.

- Leverage PowerShell scripting and Power Automate for automation, provisioning, deployment, and administration tasks.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise custom solutions to ensure scalability and reliability.

3. Governance, Security & Compliance :

- Define and enforce SharePoint governance policies including permissions, site provisioning, and content lifecycle management.

- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for content storage and collaboration.

- Conduct regular audits and apply best practices for data protection and platform performance.

4. Support & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.

- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users and administrators.
