Job Summary :

We are seeking a SharePoint Modern Specialist with hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Modern Sites, and Content Management. The ideal candidate should have experience working on SharePoint migration projects, managing sites and pages, organizing content, and supporting business users.

This is a functional SharePoint role focused on content management and site administration. Candidates with SharePoint development backgrounds only are not preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain SharePoint Modern and Classic sites.

- Create, update, and organize SharePoint pages, document libraries, and site content.

- Support content migration activities from legacy platforms or SharePoint Classic to SharePoint Modern.

- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance across SharePoint environments.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand content requirements and site structure needs.

- Manage permissions, document libraries, metadata, and navigation structures.

- Assist in planning and executing SharePoint migration projects.

- Maintain site governance standards and best practices.

- Provide end-user support and guidance related to SharePoint usage.

- Monitor site performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SharePoint solutions.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 5 years of experience working with SharePoint.

- Strong experience with SharePoint Modern Sites and Pages.

- Experience with SharePoint Classic and Modern environments.

- Hands-on experience in Content Management and Document Management.

- Experience participating in SharePoint migration projects.

- Knowledge of site creation, page management, navigation, and permissions.

- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
