SharePoint Lead/Architect - PowerApps

Role Overview :

The SharePoint Lead will guide a development team delivering SharePoint solutions. The SharePoint Architect will define technical strategy, design, and governance for largescale SharePoint implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions.

- Define architecture, standards, and best practices for SharePoint, SPFx, and related technologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

- Ensure solutions are integrated with Azure services and PowerApps.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.

- Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Experience :

- SharePoint Lead: minimum 7 years of handson SharePoint development and team leadership.

- SharePoint Architect: minimum 12 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise SharePoint solutions.

Technical Skills :

- SharePoint (onpremises and Online)

- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

- React.js

- Microsoft Azure services

- PowerApps and Power Platform

- Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and migration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or SharePoint Developer.
