Role Overview:

As a SharePoint Developer based in Noida/Greater Noida, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying sophisticated enterprise solutions on the SharePoint Online platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical designs. Your daily contributions will directly influence how our clients manage information, automate business processes, and improve user engagement, ensuring that our technical delivery remains aligned with evolving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom SharePoint applications using SPFx to enhance platform functionality and user experience for our enterprise clients.

- Migrate legacy on-premise SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define technical specifications that address specific client pain points and operational bottlenecks.

- Implement robust security models and governance policies within SharePoint to protect sensitive corporate data and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing ongoing support to maintain high system availability and performance for end-users.

- Optimize existing workflows and integrate third-party applications to create a seamless, unified digital workspace for our clients.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing modern web parts and extensions using SPFx, with a deep understanding of the SharePoint Framework lifecycle.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for enterprise-grade applications.

- Extensive experience in configuring and customizing SharePoint Online environments, including site collection management, content types, and term store management.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently or within a team in a hybrid work environment based out of our Noida/Greater Noida office.

- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience in SharePoint development, showcasing a track record of delivering successful enterprise projects.
