Job Description

Responsibilities :

As a SharePoint Business Analyst, you will :

- Business Process Mapping : Understand the business operations of acquired entities and accurately map them to NTT DATA Inc.'s established processes where applicable.

- Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Collaborate closely with the Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive technical and business requirements.

- Post-Migration Support : Perform thorough post-migration validation, proactively identify and assist in resolving any post-migration issues.

- Hypercare Support : Provide dedicated hypercare support post-migration, which includes monitoring and resolving user-reported issues, efficiently managing support tickets, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new SharePoint environment with minimal disruption to business operations.

- SharePoint Expertise : Work extensively with SharePoint Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) features in both classic and modern sites (e.g., web parts, columns, views, third-party apps).

- Legacy Knowledge : Demonstrate strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer, Master Pages/Page Layouts, and InfoPath.

- Customization Assessment : Identify situations where custom code is necessary and provide well-reasoned recommendations.

- Quality Assurance & UX : Conduct rigorous quality assurance with a strong focus on optimizing the user experience.

- Site Owner Preparedness : Prepare site owners for migration by clearly outlining their pre- and post-migration responsibilities.

- Stakeholder Coordination : Coordinate effectively with stakeholders throughout all migration phases to ensure successful outcomes.

- Documentation & Communication : Create clear and concise technical documentation, user guides, and communication drafts.

Migration Project Support : Actively support migration project planning, including :

- Workload inventory analysis

- Licensing and provisioning

- Application and metadata migration

- Custom site migration and configuration

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

- M365 Expertise : Minimum 4 years of experience working with M365 environments, specifically including MS Teams Collaboration, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.

- Power Platform : Minimum 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills are essential for effective global stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications (Major Advantage)

- Migration Tools : Any experience with migration tools such as AvePoint Fly, Metalogix, Sharegate, or BitTitan will be considered a significant advantage
