As a SharePoint and Power Platform Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for enterprise-grade solution design and implementation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps. Your primary focus will be on architecting sophisticated collaboration portals and automated business processes, ensuring that the solutions delivered are not only technically sound but also drive measurable improvements in organizational productivity and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and oversee the implementation of complex SharePoint Online architectures to ensure seamless enterprise content management and collaboration.

- Lead the development of custom web parts and extensions using SPFx and React to enhance user interface functionality and experience.

- Architect end-to-end business automation solutions leveraging the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to streamline operational workflows.

- Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Azure services to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of enterprise applications.

- Mentor technical teams and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of development and architectural integrity across all projects.

- Collaborate with business leaders to define technical strategies that align with long-term organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying large-scale SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments for global enterprises.

- Advanced proficiency in SPFx, React, and TypeScript for building custom, responsive, and high-performance web solutions.

- Deep understanding of Azure cloud services, including integration patterns, security protocols, and data management strategies.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of managing technical debt and optimizing system performance.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurgaon.

- A minimum of 12 to 20 years of professional experience in software architecture and enterprise solution delivery.
