We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Windows & Cloud Endpoints with deep expertise in AVD, Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, ConfigMgr, Azure Active Directory, and modern cloud/AI services for design & development. This is a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune (enrollment, policy/profile deployment, app management, compliance, endpoint security, reporting).

- Architect and support cloud collaboration/unified environments.

- Manage devices across Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, macOS, and Linux onboarding.

- Expertise in Windows 365 Cloud PCs, AVD, Copilot in Intune.

- Lead MDM/MAM migrations (e.g., JAMF ? Intune).

- Advanced Intune Suite skills : Conditional Access, Autopilot, Proactive Remediation, Autopatch, Endpoint Privilege Management, Microsoft Tunnel, Cloud PKI, etc.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID (Identity & Access Management).

- Hands-on with Microsoft Graph API, Power BI dashboards, KQL queries.

- Deep SCCM knowledge (OSD, co-management, migration, Level 300400 troubleshooting).

- Networking fundamentals : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, HTTP/HTTPS (Fiddler traces).

- Deliver planning, design, training, and implementation aligned with business objectives.

- Drive technical leadership, escalations, and stakeholder conversations.
