Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MCN), Data 360/ salesforce data cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or related marketing technology platforms.

Hands-on experience with:

- Set-up Marketing Coud Next for business unit

- Flow Builder for campaigns in Marketing Cloud Next

- Platform events, Apex and LWC

- Working with CMS workspaces in Business units

- Agentforce for campaigns and segments

- Data 360 Data spaces

- Use of data graphs for personalization

- Data sync between Salesforce objects and the data model objects in Data 360

- Data 360 identity resolution and segmentation

- Salesforce Personalization

- Audience segmentation and activation

- Salesforce Setup

- Contact, data management and data modelling

- Campaign performance reporting and optimization

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, omnichannel engagement, and campaign operations.

- Experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and functional designs.

- Experience working with unified customer data concepts enabled through Data 360.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
