SFMC Architect

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Professional with strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable, reusable marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple SFMC modules and a strong command over scripting technologies, with the ability to mentor teams and drive best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable and reusable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Work extensively on Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages, and Ads Studio

- Develop dynamic and personalized campaigns using AMPscript and SSJS

- Build and manage automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns

- Create and optimize responsive email templates and landing pages

- Integrate SFMC with external systems using APIs and data extensions

- Ensure data quality, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics

- Mentor junior team members and enforce development best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SFMC ecosystem

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

- Proficiency in :

1. AMPscript

2. Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)

- Experience working with :

1. Email Studio

2. Journey Builder

3. Automation Studio

4. Mobile Studio

5. CloudPages

6. Ads Studio

- Solid understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization

- Experience with API integrations and data extensions

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS for email and web development

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in designing scalable architecture within SFMC

- Prior experience in mentoring or leading teams

- Exposure to Marketing Automation strategies and campaign optimization

- Understanding of customer lifecycle management
