Role Overview :

As an SFDC Testing professional at Nazztec, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases.

Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving defects, ensuring seamless functionality, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

This role directly impacts the success of our Salesforce implementations and contributes to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SFDC testing implementations, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

- Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright Testing to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops.

- Perform API testing using POSTMAN to validate data integration and system interactions.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to contribute to the agile development process.

- Provide clear and concise test reports, highlighting defects, risks, and overall test status to project stakeholders.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing standards, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies for SFDC testing implementations.

- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright Testing.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into the pipeline.

- Proficient in API testing using POSTMAN and other relevant tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve defects effectively.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile development environment.

- Experience: 6 - 12 years
