About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SFCC OMS Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Order Management (SFCC OMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience across order orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and integrations within complex retail and eCommerce ecosystems.

The candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, integrating, and supporting scalable OMS solutions that enable seamless order lifecycle management and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement SFCC OMS solutions

- Customize order orchestration and fulfillment workflows

- Configure inventory visibility and allocation processes

- Implement returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics workflows

- Integrate SFCC OMS with ERP, CRM, WMS, payment gateways, and shipping providers

- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations

- Configure data models and OMS business rules

- Support order lifecycle processes from order capture to fulfillment and post-purchase activities

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities

- Ensure solution scalability, performance, and best practices adherence

Mandatory Skills:
