SFCC Developer (Salesforce Communication Cloud)

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST (Flexibility required to extend until 11 : 30 PM IST)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SFCC Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud and telecom domain solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and APEX development, with a proven ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Communication Cloud.

- Configure and customize Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC).

- Develop and maintain CPQ and Order Management functionalities.

- Build custom solutions using APEX and Salesforce platform capabilities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce implementations.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud (Vlocity).

- Expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC).

- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

- Experience in Order Management processes and implementation.

- Strong development experience using APEX.

- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience in Telecom domain projects is preferred.
