Technical Delivery Manager - Product Development / Implementation

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead with 8-12 years of experience, who needs to possess excellent communication skills and well versed with software development life-cycle methodologies. This position will manage a team of 20+ Engineers. Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly & have a good product understanding skill.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing delivery/implementation of the product with mid-sized technical & functional team.

- Define Project SLAs, milestones, and schedule to deliver high quality product.

- Responsible for change request management, compliance and risk management.

- Responsible for account utilization, account margin and people management in the account (attrition management, resource planning, development of people etc.).

- Coordinate with other cross functional team members, both onshore and offshore for solutions and development tasks on projects.

- Allocate and define project tasks with the team and plan resource requirements as per scope and timelines.

- Provide direction and support to team by participating in design, solution, and code reviews.

- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.

Tech Stack :

C#, .NET / Azure Stack Framework, JavaScript, UI or comparable programming environment (Full Stack), Web Development, and test methodologies.

What we're looking for :

- 8-14 years as Delivery Lead managing Technical Product Development / Implementation.

- Educational Qualifications : MBA/Post Graduate Diploma and B.E/B.Tech (preferably Computer Science) from premier institutes with at least 8+ years (MBA candidates) / 10+ years (B. Tech candidates) work experience.

- Proven Business and IT experience ideally supported with relevant professional qualifications.

- Experience of on-site / off-shore delivery model.

- Familiarity with the Dev-Ops engineering practices.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work well in teams and being a good individual as well as team player.

- Must possess drive and energy to take new challenges and flexible to work and travel abroad.

- Work experience in any of following sectors is a plus - Energy & Utilities, Retail & Consumer Products, Public services, Manufacturing and Life Sciences.
