Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Servity ITSM platform (DCON).

- Customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request & Asset Management.

- Develop workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, and integrations.

- Integrate with procurement tools/vendor portals such as HP, Dell & Lenovo.

- Support enhancements, bug fixes, UAT, testing, and platform optimization.

- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

- Provide operational support throughout the contract.

Required Skills :

- Proven Servity Developer / DCON Servity experience.

- Strong ITSM background.

- Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC, or Remedy.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

- Hands-on experience with configuration, scripting & integrations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a contract role.
