Job Title : ServiceNow UI Builder + Playbook Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow UI Builder + Playbook Developer to design and build modern, user-centric experiences on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on expertise in UI Builder / Now Experience (Workspaces) along with working knowledge of Playbooks and Flow Designer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces using UI Builder (Now Experience Framework)

- Build and configure Agent Workspaces and custom workspaces

- Develop and maintain Playbooks to streamline operational workflows

- Implement workflows using Flow Designer

Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications using :

- Script Includes

- Business Rules

- Client Scripts

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, performance, and security

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

Strong hands-on experience with :

- UI Builder / Now Experience

- Workspaces (Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace)

Good understanding of :

- Playbooks

- Flow Designer

- Decision Builder (basic to intermediate)

- Solid knowledge of ITSM modules

- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript on ServiceNow platform)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with end-to-end ServiceNow implementations

- Familiarity with platform fundamentals and architecture

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD) are a plus
