Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled UI Builder with deep expertise in JavaScript, JSON, React.js, and CSS to design and develop intuitive user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ServiceNow workflows, portals, and applications, delivering seamless, responsive experiences that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and customize ServiceNow UI components using React.js, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS for portals, dashboards, and widgets.

- Integrate front-end UIs with ServiceNow backend services, APIs, and Glide APIs to create dynamic, data-driven interfaces.

- Optimize UI performance, ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.

- Develop reusable React components and CSS stylesheets for ServiceNow Service Portal and Workspace modules.

- Troubleshoot and debug UI issues in ServiceNow environments, collaborating with developers on scripting (e.g., Client Scripts, UI Policies).

- Conduct code reviews, implement accessibility standards (WCAG), and deploy updates via ServiceNow Update Sets.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI development with JavaScript, JSON, React.js, and CSS.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, and Next Experience Framework.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Glide APIs, AngularJS/React integration).

- Proficiency in modern front-end tools (e.g., npm, Webpack, Sass) and version control (Git).
