ServiceNow Tester - IRM/GRC Modules

Description:

Role: Servicenow IRM/GRC module Tester

Key Responsibilities:

- Write, review, and execute test cases to validate ServiceNow user stories against defined acceptance criteria.

- Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing for ServiceNow applications.

- Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test execution reports.

- Validate configurations related to forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, SLAs, and notifications.

- Support test environment setup and test data preparation.

- Execute pre release and post deployment validation before major/critical production releases.

- Track, log, and retest defects; work closely with developers until resolution.

- Participate in daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and defect triage meetings.

- Ensure test artifacts are maintained in QA/compliance approved tracking tools.

- Contribute to automation testing and execution of automated scripts where applicable.

- ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge

- Service Catalog & Record Producers

- CMDB & Asset Management

- Integrations (REST/SOAP validation level)
