Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Tester with strong expertise in ServiceNow testing, Test Management 2.0, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in change management processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will be responsible for validating ServiceNow implementations, ensuring system stability, and supporting end-to-end testing activities across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional and regression testing on ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Work extensively with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for test automation activities.

- Manage and support ServiceNow Test Management 2.0 processes.

- Create, manage, and execute test cases and test plans.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and business users for requirement validation and testing support.

- Write and manage user stories within the ServiceNow platform.

- Support change management processes and ensure smooth release cycles.

- Identify, track, and resolve defects and testing issues.

- Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.

- Ensure testing documentation and reporting standards are maintained.

Mandatory Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Testing.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)

2. ServiceNow Test Management 2.0

3. Change Management

4. User Story Writing in ServiceNow

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced support and project environment.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform functionalities.

- Ability to coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.
