Role : ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Lead Intermediate for a Singapore-based contract role to support enterprise-level ServiceNow implementation and migration projects.

Location : Singapore 5 Days Work from Office

Contract Duration : 4 Months

Experience Required : 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation activities

- Work on ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge Management

- Handle scripting using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes

- Manage ServiceNow integrations and data migration activities

- Lead a small technical team and coordinate delivery tasks

- Work closely with stakeholders for requirement alignment and solution delivery

Required Skills :

- Strong ServiceNow implementation experience

- Hands-on development & configuration expertise

- ITSM module expertise

- ServiceNow integrations & migration experience

- Strong communication & stakeholder coordination

- Ability to lead technical teams

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Mandatory Requirements :

- Valid Singapore work authorization is mandatory

- Singapore Citizens / PR / valid work pass holders eligible

- India-based candidates with valid Singapore work authorization and willingness to relocate for 4-month contract can apply

- Must be willing to work 5 days onsite in Singapore

- Strong ServiceNow implementation experience required

- Migration experience highly preferred
