About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect to spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow Agent Client Collector for Visibility (ACCV) for our enterprise customer. The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on architectural and technical expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), specifically focusing on Discovery, ACCV, CMDB, and Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities :

- ACCV Implementation : Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow Agent Client Collector for Visibility (ACCV) across the customer's infrastructure.

- ITOM Strategy & Execution : Design and configure ServiceNow Discovery and top-down Service Mapping to ensure accurate mapping of IT infrastructure and business services.

- CMDB Health & Governance : Establish CMDB architecture best practices, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and health using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework.

- Technical Leadership : Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ITOM Visibility. Guide development teams, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with customer stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and project managers to gather requirements, define deployment strategies, and ensure seamless delivery.

- Customization & Integration : Develop custom patterns, probes, sensors, and scripts as necessary to handle complex discovery requirements and non-standard infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 7 years dedicated to ServiceNow development and architecture.

- ITOM Expertise : Extensive, proven experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

- ACCV Proficiency : Specific, hands-on experience deploying and configuring ServiceNow ACCV in a large-scale enterprise environment.

- Scripting Skills : Strong proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell scripting, and Regex for pattern development and system integration.

- Architecture & CSDM : Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITIL processes.

Certifications (Highly Preferred) :

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Service Mapping

- Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a major plus.
