InfoGrowth Staffing Partner is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect for one of our prestigious clients. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery who can drive enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation initiatives.

Role Summary :

The ServiceNow Technical Architect will define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards and strategic roadmaps. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise along with solution architecture and stakeholder management capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Define and own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise standards and roadmap.

- Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.

- Lead CMDB architecture including CI class structures, relationship frameworks, and data models.

- Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.

- Oversee advanced ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

- Architect and implement Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.

- Ensure CMDB data quality through governance, normalization, reconciliation, and audits.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and architecture discussions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Strong experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub integrations.

- Ability to design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.

- Exposure to enterprise or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.

- Pre-sales or customer-facing solutioning experience.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- CIS ITOM Discovery
