ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, governance, and best practices across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement ServiceNow architecture and technical strategy

- Lead end-to-end solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC

- Provide technical leadership to development teams

- Design scalable integrations using APIs and middleware

- Drive CMDB strategy, CSDM adoption, and data governance

- Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams

- Mentor developers and enforce best practices

Key Skills (Mandatory) :

- ServiceNow ITOM / ITSM Architecture

- ServiceNow SAM / ITAM

- Strong CMDB & CSDM expertise

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps

- Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management

- Integration architecture (REST/SOAP, middleware)

- SPM / PPM / APM

- AI integrations / Automation

Eligibility :

- BE / B.Tech or equivalent

- 11-15 years of overall experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
