Responsibilities :

- Architect, configure, and optimize ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions, aligning them seamlessly with business strategies.

- Lead ServiceNow module implementation across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and IT Asset Management.

- Build technical workflows, system integrations, and reporting dashboards to enhance client solutions.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather client requirements and provide technical expertise on potential solutions.

- Engage in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving configuration and customization challenges in a creative, efficient way.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related domains.

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing and managing the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Enterprise Service Management.

- Proficient in designing and developing custom workflows, modules, and catalog items within ServiceNow.

- Hands on expertise with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.

- Knowledge in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and other programming languages relevant to ServiceNow development.
