Job Title : ServiceNow SOMT Developer

Location : PAN India (Remote)

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements :

ServiceNow SOMT :

- Configure and customize Service Order Management workflows for order decomposition, orchestration, and fulfilment.

- Build and maintain order plans, task orchestration, and integration with network/inventory systems.

- Develop custom Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows for order processing.

- Integrate SOMT with CPQ, CLM, billing, and OSS/BSS systems.

- Troubleshoot order fallout, exceptions, and performance issues.

- Collaborate with Product, Network Operations, and Telecom domain teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Order Management (SOM), especially in Telecommunications (SOMT) context.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Understanding of telecom order lifecycle, product/service decomposition, and fulfillment orchestration.

- Experience integrating with OSS/BSS, network inventory, and provisioning systems.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) industry solutions.

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
