- Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise environments to optimize service delivery.

- Lead the technical strategy for large-scale ITOM and ITSM implementations, ensuring that configurations support long-term business scalability and performance.

- Define and govern the CMDB strategy to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational configuration management policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into technical roadmaps that reduce operational overhead and improve user experience.

- Provide expert-level guidance during the pre-sales and delivery phases, acting as a trusted advisor to clients on platform governance and technical best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in designing and deploying end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-module implementations.

- Exhibit deep technical proficiency in ITOM and ITSM modules, specifically regarding discovery, service mapping, and event management workflows.

- Possess a sophisticated understanding of CMDB health, data modeling, and the integration of disparate data sources into a unified service view.

- Communicate complex architectural concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical executive stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work across hybrid or on-site models in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune, while managing distributed project teams.

- Leverage 10 to 20 years of professional experience in enterprise software architecture to mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence within the organization.
