Role : SERVICENOW SENIOR ARCHITECT

PERMANENT POSITION

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and solution delivery.

EXPERIENCE: 10+ Years (Min. 7+ Years on ServiceNow)

WORK MODEL: Hybrid

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap.

- Serve as the design authority for platform customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

- Govern platform standards, development guidelines, and upgrade-safe design practices.

- Review and approve technical designs and implementation approaches.

- Lead architectural discussions across multiple ServiceNow engagements.

- Conduct platform health assessments covering security, scalability, and performance.

- Guide implementation teams through solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads.

- Collaborate with executive stakeholders and business leaders.

- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance frameworks.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- ServiceNow Architecture, IntegrationHub, CSM, ITSM, JavaScript, HRSD, CMDB, REST APIs, ITOM, CSDM, SOAP APIs, ITAM, Flow Designer, Platform Governance, Custom Applications, and Enterprise Integrations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years on ServiceNow.

- Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong expertise in ITSM.

- Experience with CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, or Custom Applications.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, CSDM, MID Server, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.

- Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

CERTIFICATIONS:

- ServiceNow CSA

- CIS - ITSM

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

ROLE NOTE:

This is a senior technical leadership role requiring hands-on architectural expertise, platform governance, enterprise solution design, and mentorship across multiple ServiceNow implementations.
