Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the solution architecture and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) implementations.

- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow SecOps solutions aligned with business and security requirements.

- Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements, facilitate solution design, and provide technical consulting.

- Own technical governance, architecture standards, and implementation best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

- Design and review integrations between ServiceNow and security tools, SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and third-party applications.

- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.

- Drive implementation of Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and development teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

- Mentor developers and technical consultants by providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and best practices.

- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and technical proposals when required.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- 9+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in ServiceNow platform implementations.

- Proven experience designing and delivering ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions.

- Strong expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and CMDB.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms, vulnerability management tools, SIEM solutions, and external systems.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.

- Hands-on implementation experience across multiple ServiceNow SecOps projects.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.

- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
