Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow security solutions including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) applications.

- Work extensively on Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).

- Configure security workflows, assignments, notifications, SLAs, approvals, and automated remediation processes.

- Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.

- Configure and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security tools.

- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.

- Integrate vulnerability and security data from tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, or similar security platforms.

- Configure vulnerability identification, prioritization, assignment, remediation, and closure workflows.

- Work with CMDB and Configuration Items (CIs) to identify affected assets.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for security operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow SecOps-related issues.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain proper technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps

- Experience with Security Incident Response (SIR)

- Experience with Vulnerability Response (VR)

- Good knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server

- Experience with third-party security/vulnerability tool integrations

- Good understanding of cybersecurity incident and vulnerability management processes
