Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Consultant. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management Pro (SAM Pro), enterprise SAM implementations, software licensing, entitlement management, SaaS integrations, workflow automation, and ServiceNow development.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, integrating, and supporting scalable ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions following ServiceNow best practices.

- Manage software normalization, software models, entitlements, license management, and software compliance.

- Implement and configure SaaS Integration Profiles.

- Build and support enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Web Services, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Develop workflow automation using Flow Designer.

- Work with JavaScript for ServiceNow development and customization.

- Manage deployments across DEV, QA, and PROD using Update Sets.

- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in solution design, technical reviews, code reviews, and release activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, defect resolution, performance tuning, and issue remediation.

- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, enhancements, and platform maintenance.

- Prepare technical documentation, configuration specifications, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

- Work with QA and business teams for functional testing, regression testing, UAT, and production validation.

- Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Tech Stack & Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro

- Software Asset Management Pro implementation

- SaaS Integration Profiles - implementation & configuration

- Software normalization

- Software entitlement management

- SaaS License Management

- ServiceNow Administration / Development

- JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST / SOAP, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow APIs

- Enterprise workflow and integration experience

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro / Administration / Development.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, security, data model, and development practices.

- Strong understanding of software licensing and Software Asset Management processes.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum / Product-based delivery environments.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in a Subcontract / Subcon engagement model.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)
