ServiceNow Project/Program Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing scope, budgets, timelines, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects

- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and client communication

- Apply Agile and PMP experience to ensure successful project delivery

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

- Mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in project management

- Agile and PMP certification or equivalent experience

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills

- Experience with ServiceNow implementation projects

- Excellent communication and risk mitigation skills
