About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to lead and drive change management initiatives for enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training and user enablement, and adoption management to ensure successful implementation and sustainable business outcomes.

The candidate will work closely with business leaders, project managers, functional teams, and end users to maximize adoption and minimize resistance during the transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Organizational Change Management Strategy :

- Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies aligned with ServiceNow implementation goals.

- Create change management plans to support business transformation initiatives.

- Define and implement change adoption frameworks and methodologies.

- Identify organizational impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

- Identify key stakeholders and establish engagement plans.

- Build strong relationships with business leaders, project teams, and end users.

- Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption.

- Ensure transparent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.

Change Impact Assessment & Readiness :

- Conduct organizational change impact assessments.

- Evaluate business readiness and identify change-related risks.

- Develop readiness assessment frameworks and reports.

- Analyze gaps and recommend action plans to improve organizational preparedness.
