About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow Manager to join our tech team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, coupled with a strategic mindset to drive technological advancements that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational objectives.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while managing risk and security within the ServiceNow environment.

- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the tech team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Monitor ServiceNow performance metrics and implement enhancements to optimize system functionality.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow, at least 5 years, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and functionalities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.

- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements and technological advancements.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies.

- Experience working within a global professional services environment.
