Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation activities.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and business processes.

- Build and enhance Service Portal and UI components.

- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.

Platform Integrations:

- Develop integrations using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.

- Work with JSON, XML, and AJAX for seamless system integrations.

- Support integration with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

Application Development:

- Develop and maintain custom applications within ServiceNow.

- Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Stakeholder & Project Management:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune.
