Job Title : ServiceNow Technical Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, and integrations, along with leadership experience guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects

- Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities

- Provide technical leadership for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM modules

- Architect and implement ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)

- Customize applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies

- Oversee ServiceNow Service Portal and UI/UX enhancements

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design

- Mentor junior developers and manage Agile/Scrum delivery

- Work on CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management implementations

- Handle upgrade planning and instance management
