Role Overview :

Lead ServiceNow ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead ServiceNow ITOM design and implementation

- Configure Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping

- Implement Event Management and AIOps

- Integrate ServiceNow with cloud and monitoring tools

- Drive automation and orchestration workflows

- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance

Key Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules

- Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping

- Event Management & AIOps

- REST/SOAP integrations

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

- JavaScript, Glide scripting

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT/CS

- ServiceNow ITOM Certification preferred

- ITIL Certification is a plus

Interview Process :

There will be 2 Technical Interview Rounds. Both rounds will be conducted Face-to-Face on the same day.

Drive Location : RS Puram West, Coimbatore.
