Job Title : ServiceNow ITOM Engineer / Consultant

Location : Hyderabad

Hybrid (3 Days WFO)

Experience : 4 to 8 Years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM specialist with a strong background in automating IT operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of deep hands-on experience specifically within the ITOM suite and must be proficient in scripting to build complex custom solutions.

Technical Core Competencies :

- Discovery & Inventory : Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting horizontal discovery to maintain an accurate infrastructure inventory.

- Service Mapping : Proven experience in top-down mapping to create service-aware views of business applications.

- CMDB Management : Strong understanding of CMDB health, identification and reconciliation rules (IRE), and data normalization.

- Event Management : Ability to configure event rules, alert correlation, and actionable dashboards.

- Scripting : Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules to extend ITOM functionality.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on technical experience strictly in ServiceNow ITOM.

- Demonstrated ability to map complex applications and resolve discovery errors.

- Strong communication skills to explain technical dependencies to stakeholders.

- Flexibility : Ability to work from the office 3 days a week in Hyderabad.
