Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, configure, customize, and support IT Operations Management solutions that improve service visibility, operational efficiency, and infrastructure reliability.

F2F in Chennai on 26th & 27th Sep 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and develop Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB capabilities.

- Build and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, credentials, schedules, and MID Server integrations.

- Configure event rules, alert management, event correlation, deduplication, and automated remediation workflows.

- Create and maintain service maps and application-service relationships.

- Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to resolve discovery and event-management issues.

- Perform testing, defect resolution, documentation, upgrades, and production support.

Preferred Certifications:

- CSA required; CISDiscovery, CISService Mapping, or CISEvent Management preferred.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Technical Skills:

- ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

- JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML

- MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

- ITIL processes and incident/problem/change management

- Monitoring-tool integrations such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds
