About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM).

The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills, hands-on experience with integrations, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions

- Build and customize applications, workflows, and modules on the ServiceNow platform

- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and web technologies

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs

- Work on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB (ITOM components)

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow ecosystem

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM module (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management preferred)

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
