- Experience in end to end implementations of ITOM modules, and troubleshooting the Data sources and SGC.

- Experience with Integration hub and Robust transform maps

- Experience in configuring and driving entire Event management modules

- Experience in Setting up Mid Server with clustering and mid server script includes

- Should have done at least 3 end to end implementations in ITOM.

- Should be able to manage the stake holders and run the requirement gathering sessions and backlog creation.

- Good communication skills

- Should be able to take the ownership of the project and drive it to successful closure and maintain good relationship with Customer

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

- Proven experience in gathering requirements, defining solution architecture, and developing detailed implementation plans.

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment based out of Hyderabad, Telangana.
