Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead and design advanced IT operations management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules and will be responsible for architecting and delivering solutions focused on automating IT operations, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

- Act as a technical lead and provide architectural direction for ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with business requirements and IT best practices.

- Ensure ServiceNow ITOM modules are effectively integrated with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.

- Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of ITOM modules, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements and optimized for performance.

- Work closely with project managers and ServiceNow leads to ensure the timely and successful delivery of ITOM projects.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them on ServiceNow best practices, development, and configuration.

- Drive the implementation of best practices related to ITOM, ensuring that all solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

- Support continuous improvement of ITOM capabilities by evaluating and recommending enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

- Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues within the ITOM environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in ITOM architecture, with a deep focus on ServiceNow ITOM modules.

- Hands-on experience with key ServiceNow ITOM modules, including :

a. Discovery

b. Event Management

c. Service Mapping

d. Orchestration

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and development best practices.

- Proven track record of leading and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions in enterprise environments.

- Ability to integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other ITSM modules and third-party systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

- ServiceNow certifications (such as ITOM, System Admin, or other relevant certifications) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in multi-instance environments and complex ITOM architecture deployments.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Experience with ServiceNow GRC and domain separation is a plus.
