Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITAM Developer with hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT assets, including process automation, asset reconciliation, compliance management, reporting, and ServiceNow ITAM enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, document, and maintain ITAM (SAM & HAM) processes, workflows, and automation solutions.

- Manage software license compliance and identify opportunities for license optimization and reclamation.

- Monitor asset lifecycle KPIs, including utilization, compliance, renewals, and asset health.

- Conduct regular audits of asset inventories and coordinate remediation activities.

- Oversee asset discovery, normalization, and reconciliation processes within ServiceNow.

- Manage software model creation, entitlement imports, and license reclamation workflows.

- Perform hardware and software asset reconciliations to ensure audit readiness.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for asset lifecycle tracking.

- Integrate ServiceNow ITAM modules with external discovery tools and vendor APIs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement ITAM best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro.

- Hands-on experience with Asset Workspace and License Workbench.

- Proficiency in GlideRecord scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.

- Experience with Discovery, CMDB, Inventory Management, and Data Certification.

- Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance management.

- Understanding of ITIL Asset Management processes and ISO standards.

- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- CIS-HAM

- CIS-SAM
