- 7 to 10 years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on ITAM and deep expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

- Configure end-to-end asset lifecycle processes : Procure - Receive - Deploy - Maintain - Retire - Dispose

- Implement and manage integrations with :

a. Nexthink (end-user/device insights)

b. Microsoft ecosystem (M365, SCCM, Intune)

c. Azure (subscriptions, VMs, cloud assets)

d. Other discovery and inventory sources as applicable

- Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance.

- Experience with integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow spokes.

- Solid knowledge of CMDB, discovery, and data normalization.

- Normalize, reconcile, and optimize asset and entitlement data.

- Support license compliance, optimization, audits, and true-ups.

- Configure workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and controls.

- Collaborate onsite with procurement, IT operations, security, and finance teams.

- Support CMDB alignment and reconciliation with ITAM data.
