Job Title : ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer

Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Indore

Notice Period : Immediate

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IRM/GRC modules, scripting, workflows, integrations, and compliance/risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules such as :

i. Risk Management

ii. Policy & Compliance

iii. Audit Management

iv. Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

v. Business Continuity Management (BCM)

vi. Issues & Controls Management

- Develop workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer solutions.

- Create dashboards, reports, workspaces, forms, and portals for risk/compliance visibility.

- Configure risk assessments, control indicators, policy exceptions, and evidence collection workflows.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Follow ServiceNow best practices with minimal customization and maximum OOTB implementation.

Required Skills :

- 35 years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ACLs, and Service Portal.

- Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Control frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP.

- Good understanding of IT Risk, Governance, Compliance, SOC2, ISO27001, NIST, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS frameworks.

- Exposure to Workspace development and reporting/dashboard creation.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD Certification.

- IRM/GRC implementation experience preferred.

- Exposure to SecOps, Vulnerability Response, or TPRM is an added advantage.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Entity Scoping, Controls, Risk Registers, and Compliance Monitoring.

- Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and IntegrationHub.

- Agile/Scrum experience.
