Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to support the implementation, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform with a strong focus on Policy & Compliance modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations, control customization, entity scoping, reporting, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform initial setup and base configuration of ServiceNow IRM Policy & Compliance modules based on customer requirements.

- Configure Proof of Concept (PoC) applications, including contact partner setup and foundational IRM components.

- Import, manage, and maintain custom controls and compliance documents within the ServiceNow IRM framework.

- Configure Entity Scoping aligned with ServiceNow GRC Architecture and organizational structures.

- Customize Controls, Control Objectives, and related IRM components to support Business Activity Model (BAM) requirements.

- Adapt and enhance PoC applications to meet client-specific governance, risk, and compliance requirements.

- Configure, customize, and enhance out-of-the-box (OOTB) IRM reports and dashboards.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business and compliance requirements into technical solutions.

- Support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to project teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules, especially Policy & Compliance.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC Architecture and Entity Scoping.

- Experience in configuring Controls, Control Objectives, Risk and Compliance frameworks.

- Knowledge of OOTB reporting, dashboards, and report customization within ServiceNow.

- Strong scripting and ServiceNow platform configuration skills.

- Experience working in Agile project environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Certification :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementation projects.

- Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks.

- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance best practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
